WHAT WE DO

PHILOSOPHY OF CARE

Dr. Hall has a passion for empowering his patients towards a pain-free life. He emphasizes individualized, rapid treatment to keep his patients doing what they love.

With a focus on patient education and active patient involvement, treatment plans are shorter and the need for future office visits is less. While Chiropractic and other passive therapies are powerful tools to combat pain, a patient who has learned how to fix themselves using personalized home-based methods can become truly self-reliant and permanently pain-free.

TREATMENT

McKenzie Mechanical Therapy

MCKENZIE MECHANICAL THERAPY

The McKenzie approach credits the patient's ability to learn the skills necessary for treatment of their own condition. This places them in control of their own symptom management, which can reduce dependency on medical intervention. Known to show results in as little as two or three visits, treatment is assessment-driven and individualized, focusing on education and “active” rather than “passive” therapy strategies for more successful management.

Active Release Technique

ACTIVE RELEASE TECHNIQUES® (ART)

Active Release Techniques® (ART), considered the gold standard for soft tissue (muscle) treatment, is a type of “hands-on” assisted stretching for muscles, fascia and nerves. Through evaluation of texture and movement of soft tissues, abnormal tissues are treated by combining precisely directed pressure with very specific patient movements.

Graston Technique

GRASTON TECHNIQUE

Graston Technique is a form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) that enables clinicians to effectively address scar tissue or fascial restrictions affecting range of motion. This non-invasive technique uses specially designed stainless steel instruments to help the clinician identify and treat areas of pain or tightness.

Kinesio Taping

KINESIO TAPING

The Kinesio Taping method uses uniquely designed elastic tape over and around muscles to give assistance or support. The tape is designed to allow full range of motion, enabling the individual to participate in physical activity with functional assistance.

Sport and Exercise Chiropractic

SPORT AND EXERCISE CHIROPRACTIC

The additional training and expertise common to Certified Sports Chiropractors allows for faster and more precise diagnosis of musculoskeletal problems. This is true for all types of conditions, not just sports related ones. Smarter, more targeted rehabilitation allows patients a more rapid return to function and prevents recurrences.

Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)

SELECTIVE FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT (SFMA)

The Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) is a series of body movement tests designed to assess fundamental patterns of movement. It is a way to assess the various joints and muscles which may be directly or indirectly affecting the area of complaint. It includes a logical breakdown of dysfunctional patterns in order to pinpoint the “root cause” of your problem.
